Tony Elumelu sends wedding gifts to Zlatan, Davita
Nigerian billionaire businessman Tony Elumelu has sent wedding gifts to Afrobeats singer Zlatan Ibile and his wife, Davita Lamai, following their traditional marriage ceremony in Lagos.
The rapper shared images of the gifts on his Instagram story on Monday, showing thick white envelopes packaged in Heirs Holdings-branded materials with handwritten congratulatory messages from the businessman.
The envelopes bore inscriptions including “Zlatan, well done”, “Our wife” and “Congrats”, alongside Elumelu’s signature and initials, “TOE”.
Zlatan acknowledged the gifts by tagging Elumelu on Instagram and adding a love emoji in appreciation.
The gesture followed the couple’s traditional wedding on Saturday, October 24, which attracted several celebrities and personalities from the entertainment industry.
Among those present was singer Davido, who served as one of Zlatan’s groomsmen.
Other celebrities spotted at the ceremony included Young Jonn, Lil Kesh, Teni and Iyabo Ojo.
Zlatan, whose real name is Omoniyi Raphael, and Davita have two sons together.
The couple celebrated their union with traditional attire reflecting both Davita’s Edo heritage and Zlatan’s Yoruba roots
